William is the Director of Research for Houston’s Streetwise Retail Advisors brokerage team. He has an immeasurable amount of market knowledge and the desire to solve commercial real estate problems in markets across the nation. His attention to detail is imperative to discovering and understanding market trends.

Before joining Streetwise, William worked as a GIS analyst at CBRE Houston for four years. In that time, he was able to effectively implement mapping strategies for all verticals in the CRE sector and helped brokers provide valuable information to their clients. When he’s not tirelessly working, William enjoys catching a Chelsea match, doodling, and spending time with his family, wife Casey and son Elijah.
